8am to 5pm weekdays
What methods of payments are acceptable?
Cheque, cash, EFT, or Credit Cards; Visa, Mastercard. (Please note that credit card payments may incur a nominal fee, please check when placing your order).
What is the time frame needed from ordering to installation?
- For service and repairs – generally within 48 hours
- For most Door or Gate Operators – 72 hours
- For Roller Doors, Tilt Doors and Sectional Panel Doors – 2 to 3 weeks, however we can sometimes reduce this time frame. Please let us know if you have an urgent situation and we will endeavour to help where-ever we can.
- For Custom Western Red Cedar or Composite Doors, Gates & Infills, please allow at least 4 weeks. (This time frame can vary substantially depending on the schedule at the time of ordering, so to prevent disappointment, the more notice you can give the better).
Do we stock spare parts?
YES garage door, gate and motor spare parts we stock.
What regions do we carry out installations and service calls in?
The entire Sunshine Coast including the Hinterland, Gympie, the Cooloola Coast, Bribie Island, Caboolture and Brisbane Suburbs down to Logan. Installations in other areas can be organised on request.
Are Quotations free?
YES, we are happy to give you an approximate quote over the phone. For doors and gates, our knowledgeable Sales Representative will visit your property or review plans online to provide you with a quote and advice on your individual situation.
What brands of garage doors and automatic operators do we service and repair?
Our team are experienced with servicing almost any brand of garage door or automated operator available, including Gliderol, Merlin, ATA, B&D, Smart, Magic Button, Dominator, Elsema, FAAC, Herculift and Grifco.
Do we deal with insurance claims?
YES, we are able to give you a quote in a timely manner and deal directly with your insurance company once the job is in progress so as to serve you as efficiently as possible.
What is the difference between a Tilt Door, Roller Door and a Panel Door?
A Roller Door rolls up vertically in the opening around a circular drum wheel. When open the majority of the roll usually sits above the door opening.
A Tilt door is a single section that pivots in the garage opening and lifts in one piece to the open position, supported by J-Type or T-Type Hardware.
A ‘Sectional Overhead door’ or ‘Panel door’ is made up of horizontal panels, which have wheels that slide up along tracks section by section to lay parallel with the garage ceiling when open.
How often should I have my door and operator serviced?
To keep garage doors, gates and their respective remote control operators functioning in optimal condition, we strongly recommend that they are serviced at least annually by our trained Service Technician. High usage doors, gates or bar grilles on commercial or accommodation complexes will benefit from being serviced quarterly. Manufacturer warranties vary between products, so you should check the warranty details for your chosen products at the time of placing your order.
How should I care for my remote control handset?
Handsets for garage doors can be fragile as they are electronic devices and should be handled with some degree of care. Shield them whenever possible from direct sunlight, heat, water, and do not press buttons using sharp objects.
