“Warranty Plus”

This offer is applicable to B&D or All Seasons branded doors and ATA remote operator packages

• 5 years installation / workmanship warranty*
• 5 years / 10,000 cycles door component warranty (including hinges, cables , springs, wheels, brackets, but excluding door surface and colour, handsets, batteries, globes and fuses)*
• 5 years / 10,000 cycles complete motor warranty including all parts and labour*

Terms and conditions:

*Terms and benefits of the “Warranty Plus” package remain valid, provided that the door and operator are serviced annually by East Coast Garage Door Services.
*Labour and parts are covered for 5 years or 10000 cycles whichever comes first.
(Our service technicians will note the cycles at each annual service and update you in writing on our invoice documentation).
*The annual service rate is based on the incumbent standard call out fee. (This fee may change at any time without notice).
However, by returning your warranty registration form within 6 months of installation, your annual service fee is GUARANTEED TO BE “LOCKED IN” FOR 5 YEARS, at the service rate applicable at the time of your door and operator installation.
*Warranty Plus offer can be taken up on a Door only purchase, however the terms and conditions of the offer are then only applicable in relation to the door purchased.
An annual Service includes the following scheduled items: Springs, Motor, Brackets, Guides & Hardware will be adjusted, lubed or inspected as required.
Disclaimer: Should there be any third party or environmental damage to the door, (including but not limited to impact, storm, obstruction, vandalism, fusion or corrosion) which are beyond our control, repairs will not be included in the flat annual service fee and or covered under this warranty and thus will be quoted for as necessary.

If you choose not to take us up on our Warranty Plus option, you are still covered by our standard warranty…
